Special 'Limited Edition' ink in beautiful Violet Impérial. Limited availability!

With a range of five luminous shades, Jacques Herbin announces the launch of the new 1670 ink, Violet Impérial. In addition to the obvious violet, this ink contains a range of bluish reflections and golden shimmer, which provides a lot of fun while writing.

Due to the scarcity of dyes, this color, a symbol of luxury but also of mystery, was used by the emperor and his family under the Roman Empire and then by the various royalties. King Louis XIV, under whom Jacques Herbin was founded, used it for his clothing during certain periods of his life. This fresh and elegant color is currently very popular, especially in decorations and design designs.

The sealing wax on the bottle is reminiscent of the Herbin wax used for grand cru wines in France. The design on the box represents Herbin's life. The ship, anchor and palm tree represent navigation and discovery. The crown is a reference to the sealing wax used by the royal court.
