Shipping


We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days if all items are in stock. 

In case one or more items is temporarily not in stock or not available directly into the ordered quantity, then we will ensure that your order will be shipped within 5 working days. If a longer delay emerges we will let you know by e-mail.

 

Please note: It is important that you provide the correct delivery address when ordering. If the address is not correct, we can not guarantee that your order will be delivered. The actual cost for resending your order is at your own expense.


International shipping and delivery


We use PostNL or DPD for our international shipments. Please note that we cannot ship internationally to PO boxes, DHL Packstations. If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, import duty and taxes may be applied by your local customs office.

If your delivery address is within The Netherlands and your order exceeds € 59, the shipping costs are on us. We ship your order with PostNL Parcel.

Deliveries abroad and tax

Deliveries within the Netherlands and EU countries standard charged with the Dutch tax rate of 21%. For foreign business customers within the EU with a valid VAT number, it is possible to buy without VAT (intra-Community supply). For this we need to modify your account to a tax-free account; this should be done before you place your order. Please note that previous orders can not be modified, refunded or tax deducted.

Upon verification of your data via the VIES database of the European Commission we will send you an e-mail confirmation that your account has been adjusted for intra-Community supply. The payment of intra-Community supply orders is always in advance by bank via a pro-forma invoice. These will receive this invoice in an e-mail after your order has been validated.
