The 1670 inks are a lasting reminder of the founding of the Jacques Herbin house in the heart of Paris, under the rule of the Sun King. The bright and deep colors of the 1670 inks contain a light veil of glittering gold that makes the colors even more vivid. strengthens and refines.
The Jacques Herbin house is proud to announce the launch of Fuchsia de Magellan, the new 1670 ink. This trendy shade combines softness and warmth, and the veil of glittering gold provides extra radiance and intensity. Fuchsia de Magellan was discovered in South America. It is a tribute to Ferdinand Magellan, the Portuguese explorer who discovered the most important natural passage between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. The The Strait of Magellan, south of Chile, is named after him.
The sealing wax on the bottle is reminiscent of the Herbin wax used for grand cru wines in France. The design on the box represents Herbin's life. The ship, anchor and palm tree represent navigation and discovery. The crown is a reference to the sealing wax used by the royal court.
Beautiful design in a characteristic ink bottle. Contains 50 ml of ink.
